At Mount Star Villa, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, our cancellation policy offers flexibility while ensuring fairness to all guests. Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before their scheduled arrival date.
For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, a one-night stay fee will be charged. In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged. We strive to accommodate our guests' needs and encourage communication for any changes in plans.
At Mount Star Villa, we strive to ensure a seamless and convenient payment experience for our guests. To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equivalent to one night's stay, payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival or departure, as per your preference.
We accept major credit cards and cash payments. Please note that all rates are subject to applicable taxes. For any inquiries or special arrangements regarding payment, our dedicated team is readily available to assist you. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
At Mount Star Villa, Nuwara Eliya, we aim to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Our check-in time is at 2:00 PM, allowing ample time for preparation to welcome you warmly. For check-out, we kindly request guests to vacate their rooms by 12:00 PM to facilitate smooth transitions for incoming guests.
